We recently hosted our first Pop-Up Drop party celebrating our newest flavor, Dilly Dill Pickle!

We threw the party in the parking lot of our family restaurant, The Mediterranean Cruise Cafe with holiday decor, fire pits and of course our hummus bowls! Thank goodness the weather cooperated and was not too cold for Minnesota winters. 

To honor our new flavor, Dilly Dill Pickle, we dished out the State Fair favorite, Dill + Curd (dill pickle hummus, cheese curds, dill pickles, crispy onions and our fried pita puffs).

We rolled out a new bowl- Baba's Burger Bowl or 'BBB' also in homage to our new flavor. 'BBB' included dill pickle hummus, spiced minced beef, onions, tomatoes, pickles, crushed cheetos and fried pita puffs). It was a hit!

The night included one of our fav Middle Eastern winter drinks, Sahlab. Sahlab is a warm, thick milk pudding topped with cinnamon and pistachios. We made it with oatmilk and kept the traditional toppings. It was the perfect holiday sip on a cold, winter night. 

With hummus bowls, old and new, holiday sips and giveaways, it was a wonderful debut for our very first, Pop-Up! We are excited for future pop-ups in 2022! ⭐
