Who knew that hummus pasta could be so good?! This recipe is a take on the easy and always delicious sesame noodles. The addition of hummus in this pasta bowl adds a luscious creaminess you will go gaga for! Best part, it only takes 15 minutes to whip it up!
- 3 Tablespoons Baba's Hummus
- 3 teaspoons FlybyJing's Zhong sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- Sprinkle of salt
- 1 pound pasta (spaghetti or udon)
- Handful of sesame seeds
- handful of sliced scallions
Step 1: Cook your pasta in salted, boiling water according to the packaging instructions.
Step 2: Add hummus, Zhong sauce, water and a sprinkle of salt to a medium size pan.
Step 3: Whisk all ingredients together until sauce is creamy. Adjust seasonings to your liking.
Step 4: Add cooked pasta to sauce.
Step 5: Fold pasta into sauce until nicely coated. If pasta feels dry, add more water and adjust seasonings.
Step 6: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with scallions. Sahtain [enjoy]!
